Administer medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
Supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide patients' personal hygiene including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom mobility;
Assist with activities of daily living including serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning, and providing fluids between meals;
Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, urine tests, and recording intake and output
