Methodist Hospice & Family Care, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a PRN Hospice Nurse Practitioner to assess and certify terminal illness for Medicare/Medicaid hospice services. The ARNP will plan and evaluate clinical management, medications, and care needs, while advising nursing staff on medical requirements.
In this role, you review clinical materials, liaise between attending physicians and the hospice team, and help resolve care conflicts.
