Schedule:
Shifts available: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A, with every other weekend required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ER Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for assessing patients, administering treatments, and coordinating care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients in the emergency setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
- Participate in intubations and conscious sedation procedures.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must possess an active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted).
- At least 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting is required.
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS are mandatory. - CEN certification is preferred.
