Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Renal unit. The ideal candidate will recognize the unique needs of each patient and strive to deliver high-quality care. You will be responsible for various patient care duties, ensuring safety and comfort while adhering to established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and manage blood product transfusions.
- Provide wound care and utilize drainage devices as needed.
- Initiate and maintain IV therapy.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Minimum 1 year of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Dress Code:
Scrub color is navy with closed-toe shoes. Tattoos must be covered appropriately.
