We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN
- Registered Nurse to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a current RN License and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
The RN
- Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Assessing and evaluating patient health status
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends and technologies.
