Take and record blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, height and weight; measure and record intake and output.;
Provide routine nursing care to preoperative, postoperative, prepartum, and postpartum patients.;
Document nursing activities in patients' records as appropriate.;
Receive telephone calls, patients, and visitors to the medical facility and ascertain the nature of the call or visit.;
Verify patient's eligibility for treatment (TRICARE enrollment, DEERS check, TD card, etc.).
