Plasma Center Nurse LPN

Bio Life Plasma Services seeks a dedicated Plasma Center Nurse LPN to provide safe, high-quality donor care in a regulated plasma collection center. You will perform health screenings, administer injections, monitor donors during and after procedures, and respond to adverse reactions. Responsibilities include documenting care in electronic systems, following strict SOPs and FDA/EMA regulations, supporting a clean, compliant environment, and collaborating with physicians and center staff.

You'll educate donors, reinforce safety and infection-control practices, and contribute to continuous quality and process improvement in a mission-driven, patient-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor health assessments, vital signs, and eligibility screenings
• Monitor donors before, during, and after plasma collection procedures
• Recognize and manage donor reactions and escalate to physician as needed
• Administer injections and medications per protocol and scope of practice
• Document all care and procedures in electronic medical records accurately
• Adhere to FDA, EMA, and internal SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain infection control, safety, and cleanliness in clinical areas
• Educate donors on procedures, aftercare, and plasma's role in therapies
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous quality improvement
