As a Registered Nurse at Avir at French Home, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Conduct resident assessments and evaluations to identify changes in condition and develop plan of care adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory compliance standards

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
