SILVERCREEK is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine bedside care and assist residents under the supervision of licensed staff. You will perform daily living activities, monitor residents, and document observations to ensure adherence to care plans.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, respectful environment, following policies, and communicating changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. CPR is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
