RN Operating Room Circulator
South Texas Specialty Hospital is hiring an Operating Room Nurse. Welcome to Texas Orthopedic Center of Excellence. We have 25 beds and 8 operating room rooms and 3 ER rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedic and Spine.

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable.
Responsibilities- Position the patient for surgery.
- Prep the patient and ensure surgical preparation is complete.
- Circulate the case and provide nursing care during surgery.
- Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment management.
- Make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Active RN license in the state.
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
