We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Treatment Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology Infusion Team and play a vital role in providing life‑changing care to our patients and their families. - Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, biologics, and supportive infusion treatments safely and effectively
- Perform patient assessments, review laboratory results, and evaluate treatment readiness
- Monitor patients during infusions and respond to adverse reactions or complications
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, side effects, symptom management, and self‑care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standard of oncology care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and protocols
- Current Texas RN License or Compact RN License eligible for Texas licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience in oncology infusion preferred
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification is a plus, not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
