Registered Nurse ICU

$1591.20/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critically ill patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and IVs.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.
• Comply with hospital policies, including mandatory badge-in/out procedures and shift protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas RN license; temporary licenses are not accepted.
• Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of ICU experience, with strong critical thinking skills.
• Certified in BLS and ACLS; NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
• Experienced with Meditech or similar documentation systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in procedures such as intubations, central lines, and arterial lines.
• Show excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
