LVN/RN Weekend Double Shift
The LVN/RN is a vitality specialist that helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. This position is for the Weekend Double shift on the skilled hall. An LVN is responsible for providing a full range of nursing in an interdisciplinary environment including:
- Treatments
- Care Planning
- Medication Administration (to include IV therapy)
- Provision of Direct Patient Care
- Problem Solving
- Monitoring Patient Care provided by unlicensed staff
