Silver Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift, 10p-6a. You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality resident care.
You will collaborate with DON/ADON, participate in quality assurance, discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation. Texas RN license and CPR certification required;
English proficiency essential.
