LPN​/LVN​/Bilingual

Grifols, partnering with ABC Healthcare, seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN, bilingual in Spanish preferred, to deliver high-quality patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this on-site role, you will provide bedside nursing support, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with procedures, and document care accurately in the EMR. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to educate and support diverse patients and families, helping bridge language gaps for Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring under RN/physician supervision
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments per protocols
• Obtain vital signs, conduct basic assessments, and document accurately in EMRAssist with patient education and discharge instructions, using Spanish when needed
• Support care coordination among nurses, physicians, and allied health staff
• Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care tests as allowed by scope of practice
• Communicate patient status changes promptly to the clinical team
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a compassionate, culturally sensitive patient experience
