Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Adult Operating Room unit. The ideal candidate will join a team responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to a diverse patient population. You will play a crucial role in patient management during surgical procedures, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room.
- Assist during surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, and more.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
- Robotics experience is a plus, due to our extensive robotics program.
