Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in San Antonio, TX. This role will have you working within the Ortho/Surgical unit, providing essential care and support to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Med Surg include:

• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care of patients
• Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Support the team in various surgical procedures, including bariatric and orthopedic surgeries
• Monitor patient conditions and report concerns to RNs and supervisors
• Administer medications and document patient records using MEDITECH EMR

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Med Surg include:

• Active TX RN License
• BLS certification
• Previous experience in a Med/Surg unit preferred
• Ortho and Bariatric certifications a plus
