Weekend LVN Nurse - Private Duty

We are seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following physician plans and ensuring quality outcomes.

• Delivering and coordinating patient care according to physician orders.
• Assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and reporting changes.
• Updating care plans and implementing appropriate nursing actions.
• Recognizing and responding to patient needs to prevent risks.
• Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Maintaining compliance with regulations, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months.
• Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, reposition patients, and respond to emergencies.

• Proficiency in English, able to travel, and work in diverse environments.
• Exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious agents may occur.
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs required.
