RN - Adult Med Surg Telemetry - Army Medical Center

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse – Burn Center (BICU/BPCU).

Shift: Must be available to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including both day and night shifts.

Hours:

Day shift: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM;
Night shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.

Pay Rate: $ an hour paid weekly

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Burn Center/BICU/BPCU.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and promptly respond to changes in clinical status.
• Monitor and appropriately respond to telemetry readings and cardiac changes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and standards of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, including performing cardiac compressions when required.
• Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, confidentiality, and occupational health standards.
• Participate in required facility, government, and clinical training.
• Support continuity of patient care and safely complete patient-care responsibilities as required.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum associate degree in nursing (ADN)
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time RN experience in an Adult Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical nursing experience within the last 4 years.
