This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced oncology professionals in a patient-focused environment, providing skilled nursing care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey. The position offers a weekday schedule with
** no evening, weekend, or on-call shifts**, along with
** immediate benefits eligibility**.
** What You'll Do
*** Administer IV fluids and medications as prescribed by physicians.
* Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patients throughout treatment.
* Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and potential side effects.
* Obtain vital signs, height, and weight and prepare patients for clinic visits.
* Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment administration.
* Coordinate care with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain exam and treatment rooms, supplies, and a safe clinical environment.
** Qualifications
* ** Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
* Oncology, infusion, or IV therapy experience preferred.
* Strong phlebotomy and venous access skills.
* Excellent communication and patient care skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency.
