PRN (As Needed / Flexible Scheduling)

Mi Casa Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our dedicated hospice team. As a PRN Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families, providing both clinical expertise and emotional support when it matters most.

• Conduct in-home patient visits for assessments, admissions, and symptom management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease progression, medications, and comfort measures
• Respond to urgent patient needs and provide on-call support as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospice regulations

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospice care
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance
• CPR card
• Strong communication and time management skills
• EMR proficiency (experience with Axxess is a plus)
