Position Summary The Clinic RN provides patient care coordination, physician support, skilled nursing assessments, and patient education within a fast-paced oncology practice. This position serves as a critical liaison between patients, providers, clinical staff, and support departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Essential Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and ensure all necessary clinical information is available for scheduled appointments.

Perform skilled nursing assessments to evaluate patients' physical status and treatment-related needs.

Assist physicians with patient care coordination, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

Support prior authorization and treatment documentation processes.

Monitor patient concerns and coordinate appropriate interventions.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Supervise and provide guidance to assigned clinical support staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required Current  Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.

Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Basic computer proficiency and electronic medical record experience.

Preferred One to three years of oncology nursing experience.

Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN).Experience in a physician practice or outpatient oncology setting.
