Role OverviewFull-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday.
No nights or weekends.
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Boerne, and Jordanton, Texas.
Compensation and BenefitsEstimated compensation range of $153,046 - $181,655 annually with no cap on productivity income.
Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k).

Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Texas license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- 6 months experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
