Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2 years of OR experience and Cerner proficiency.

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration

• Work within a hospital Surgery department
• 13-week standard contract with 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 17:00
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration
• Requests for time off should be kept to less than 7 days
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market
