RN-ICU jobs at the facility in San Antonio, TX let you provide critical care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced intensive care unit. You will assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring advanced interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize advanced technology and protocols. You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active Texas or compact RN license, and have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
At least 2 years of recent ICU experience is preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong communication, and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role.
