Located in the heart of San Antonio, TX, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our patients and residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. You will be expected to promote a positive and supportive work environment, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality patient care. Your exceptional clinical skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills will enable you to make a meaningful impact on our team and the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and OSHA
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
Current RN license in the state of Texas
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or as a Charge Nurse
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
