You will provide prescribed medical treatment and care, collaborate with the PACT team, and assist in promoting veterans’ health outcomes in a weekday clinic setting.
The ideal candidate has an LPN/LVN credential and at least one year of experience in primary care or ambulatory settings, with VA experience preferred.
