Product Acceptance Specialist in San Antonio, TX
.
Applicants must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Position ResponsibilitiesLevel B
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Level C
- Verifies product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures. Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
- 1+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
- 1+ years of experience interpreting manufacturing blueprints
- 1+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
- 1+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
- Must have analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of knowledge with technical experience in an aerospace environment
- 3+ years of experience working in teams/work groups
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in military aviation
- 1+ year of experience supporting military aviation life support programs, preferably with F-15, F-18, and or similar platforms
- Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel.
- Shift: This position is for 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.

Summary pay range: USD (Associate) Level 2 $ 49,300 - $66,700
(Mid-Level) Level 3 $ 58,650 - $79,350
