Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

• Evaluate and improve quality assurance processes for both suppliers and in-house operations.
• Provide technical direction to suppliers and internal teams, validating quality assessments and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier quality activities for new and existing products, including audits, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
• Oversee defect containment, trend verification, and NG material disposition (RMA’s).
• Support scrap reduction efforts and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate and review supplier documentation, including Inspection Standards, PCRs, ECRs, and ECIs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO
  14001, IATF
  16949, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain Management Review Meeting presentations.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field) with 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in PPAP requirements, root cause analysis, and data reporting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in cross-cultural work settings and automotive quality engineering is a plus.
