Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $19/hour

• Monitor and evaluate interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Track QA metrics and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Support documentation and maintain quality assurance processes

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance or related experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy
• Experience with data tracking, reporting, and performance evaluations
