Quality Assurance

Our client, a leading organization in the customer service and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Spec 1, Quality Assurance to join their team. As a Spec 1, Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting quality monitoring and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Spec 1, Quality Assurance

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $19/hr.

What's the Job?

• Perform quality assurance evaluations using MS Forms to monitor interactions and processes.
• Track and report quality metrics, communicate outcomes, and provide coaching to team members.
• Maintain detailed QA documentation and support continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with training and management teams to address performance gaps.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook).
• Preferred experience with SAP, JDE, i5;
  High Radius is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or call/chat monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
