The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor will evaluate the client's services and processes to ensure they meet established company standards and industry regulations. They will conduct inspections, identify nonconformities, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to minimize risks and improve overall business efficiency.
This position will be based Monday through Friday out of our San Antonio, TX office. Individuals must be able to work an eight-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM CT - 5:00 PM CT.
What You Will Do:- Read and review the Orders to gain a better understanding of the case
- Categorize and create new Orders in the Case Management System (“CMS”)
- Enter all of the relevant Order information
- Identify, assess and categorize specific action items within the Orders and entitlements owed
- Enter any specific timing or implementation requirements for each action item into the CMS
- Assess compliance with required action items within the specific time frame in the Order by reviewing supporting documentation in client case management database.
- Assist with production and review of quarterly reports and related appendices
- Opportunity for progression from Analyst to Team Lead and Quality Assurance roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 0-4+ years of relevant working experience in quality assurance, case reviews, or audits
- Possess a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt and excel within a team environment and independently.
- JD or Legal background
- Strong written/oral communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and more than 40 hours when needed.
