- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Validate workflows, customizations, configurations, and integrations across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, system, performance, load, smoke, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects through tools such as JIRA or equivalent bug‑tracking systems.
- Verify data integrity and perform API validations using SOQL/Salesforce Workbench/Postman where required.
- Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (Mule Soft, APIs, third‑party applications).
- Participate in requirement review meetings to understand business flows and provide test‑coverage insights.
- Review and analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
- Maintain test data, environments, and sandbox deployments; validate changes during deployments.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) – Home, Auto, Commercial, Umbrella insurance.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products across life, health, property, and auto lines.
- Evaluate risks, review existing policies, and identify coverage gaps.
- Guide customers through policy selection, renewals, claims, and endorsements.
- Maintain accurate records, process policy updates, claims, cancellations, and documentation.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product offerings.
- Analyze and understand functional requirements to derive positive and negative test scenarios.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and system test cases based on requirements.
- Perform manual functional testing with full coverage across test phases (Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Ad-hoc).
- Log, track, and validate defects; collaborate with business analysts and developers for issue resolution.
- Prepare test documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary Reports, and traceability matrices.
- Review and validate new functionalities, ensuring alignment with expected behavior across different environments (e.g., frontend, backend, and legacy systems).
- Execute post‑deployment validation (production checks) to ensure code stability after releases.
