NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250 Salary Range: $16.25 - $22.25 Hourly

Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming and outgoing materials, parts and finished Precast Concrete.

• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to daily tasks, determine test reliability and validity, analysis.
• Ability to read blueprints & tape measure.

• Must be able to work outside in a construction environment.
• The ability to lift, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
• Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts.
• Work overtime and work mandatory Saturdays when scheduled.
• Must be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights.
