- Pay: $17/hour
- Sunday – Thursday | 7AM Start
- Reports to the department manager, while assisting with training in the home department when needed.
- Conduct departmental on-the-floor training and cross-training for all hourly associates using approved training materials.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations in line with training material.
- Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and in a timely manner.
- Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support any new hires.
- Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of availability in carrying out training needs on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent desirable
- Experience training peers or groups desirable
- Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) desirable
- Must be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized
- Written and verbal communication skills
High influencing - Willing to work overtime and possible weekends as needed
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment; experience in fast paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills
