Metal Manufacturing Quality Inspector

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and experience working with precision measuring tools? We’re seeking a Quality Inspector to support dimensional and visual inspections in a manufacturing environment.

This position requires working in environments with strong electromagnetic or magnetic fields that may pose safety risks for individuals with certain implanted medical devices. Candidates must be able to safely perform all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Inspect components and gauges according to engineering drawings and specification sheets.
• Measure finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, vision systems, and other precision tools.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to support process qualification and quality standards.
• Document inspection results accurately, including route cards and nonconformance reports.
• Identify and communicate any defects or out-of-spec conditions to leadership.
• Maintain an organized and safe inspection area while following established procedures.

• Experience using precision measurement equipment (required).
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

• Week 1:
  Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun.
• Week 2:
  Mon, Thu, Fri.
• AM Shift: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM.
• PM Shift: 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM.

• $18 - $20 / Hour.
