- Partner with Operations, Product Development, Category Management, and Risk on strategic initiatives

- Lead FSQA programs and supplier food safety compliance initiatives within the poultry category
- Review supplier audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective action plans to assess and mitigate risk
- Conduct supplier audits, product evaluations, and sampling activities to verify compliance and quality standards
- Develop and maintain product specifications, quality requirements, and food safety documentation
- Support commercialization efforts for new and existing poultry products
- Investigate food safety incidents and serve as the primary FSQA liaison across internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of food safety and quality assurance experience within poultry, food manufacturing, or restaurant systems
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FDA Food Code, and food safety regulatory requirements
- Experience managing supplier food safety programs, audits, and corrective action processes
