Spec 1, Quality Assurance

$19 per hour

• Perform quality assurance evaluations using MS Forms to monitor interactions and processes.
• Track and report quality metrics, communicate outcomes, and provide coaching to team members.
• Maintain detailed QA documentation and support continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with training and management teams to address performance gaps.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence.

• Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook).
• Preferred experience with SAP, JDE, i5;
  High Radius is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or call/chat monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
