FGF Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure safe food manufacturing across our facilities. You will monitor product specifications, uphold GMP standards, and assist QA leads by communicating findings to production management.
You’ll perform shelf-life testing, collect samples for third-party testing, and support internal and external audits. The role is onsite with potential weekend shifts as needed.
