Job SummaryWe’re looking for a QC Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and quality requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining airworthiness standards, verifying repair and maintenance activities, and supporting the safe return to service of aviation components.

3rd shift, Monday-Friday 10:30p-7:00a
Shift DifferentialProvide hourly shift differential
What You’ll Be Doing- Perform incoming, in-process, hidden damage, and final inspections on aerospace components.
- Verify part numbers, serial numbers, documentation, and certifications against customer and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, OEM maintenance manuals, travelers, and repair instructions.
- Use calibrated inspection equipment and precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, and hardness testers.
- Ensure all inspections and maintenance records are accurately completed and documented.
- Verify compliance with FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA, customer, and internal quality requirements.
- Identify and report quality concerns, system deficiencies, unapproved materials, or conditions outside approved repair station capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support new repairs, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
- Cross-train on a variety of component inspections and maintenance processes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of quality inspection, manufacturing, maintenance, aviation, or related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, OEM maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions.
- Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
