QA Manager

Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for driving a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout the organization by managing technical risks. This role is also responsible for ensuring customer technical requirements are met, and business process systems are followed. The Quality Manager ensures the highest level of accreditation is maintained for SQF/BRC and all customer requirements are met fully.

What You’ll Do:

Define and direct the overall FSQA and Sanitation strategies. This includes day-to-day management to drive team improvement.

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the quality systems are implemented across the site, through trend analysis and day-to-day observation.

Ensure all audit standards are met on site as outlined in BRC 9 and SQF 10 requirements. Site audit status should also be maintained.

Book and lead all audits effectively (customer, accreditation, and authority visits), and
