Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager - NIGHT SHIFT

Position Overview

International is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to join our growing team at this facility!

The Associate
Quality Control Inspection Manager reports to the Plant Quality Manager and manages day to day department resources and coordinates the management of quality deviations, quality system, quality related performance elements, and collaborates with other TRATON sites on all quality related elements.

As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM
, with production planned to begin in early 2027.This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

• Manage/Ensure Quality resource deployment and requirements
• Drive problem solving activities across all lines and prodcuts
• Develop, manage and communicate relevant information and reports to management
• Driver customer feedack and CAR response
• Engage with TRATON facilities on assembly and machines subjects

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of quality inspection experience

OR

• Master's degree and at least 2 years of quality inspection experience

OR

• At least 6 years of quality inspection experience

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

• Previous Manufacturing Experience
• Proficiency with Quality tools (Problem solving, ie:8D, SPC, Statistical analysis, Quality systems and standards)
• Ability to communicate across organizations and levels
• Ability to handle and manage competing priorities
• Ability to drive and meet deadlines
