Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in San Antonio, TX to support quality assurance, data validation, auditing, and performance improvement activities. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:- Identify discrepancies and monitor compliance.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Conduct root-cause and process analysis.
- Support corrective actions.
- Develop quality assurance reports and dashboards.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health information management, quality management, business, data analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, data validation, audit, or performance improvement.
- Experience identifying discrepancies, monitoring compliance, conducting root-cause/process analysis, supporting corrective actions, and developing QA reports and dashboards.
- Quality certification, such as CPHQ.
