We are seeking a full-time Social Leasing Specialist (Bilingual) to join our on-site team in San Antonio, TX
. This role blends traditional leasing responsibilities with a strong focus on social media engagement, lead conversion, and resident experience
.

• Manage leasing activities including lead follow-up, tours, applications, and move-ins
• Actively engage with prospects through social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries)
• Create and assist with social media content that supports leasing and community engagement
• Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect communication, and lease documentation
• Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Assist with resident events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve conversion, retention, and overall resident satisfaction

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong interest or experience in social media, digital communication, and online engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse resident population
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Experience with lease administration, renewals, or CRM systems is a plus
