Overview
Data Analyst position operating with autonomy to interpret, monitor, and analyze data across policies, programs, demographics, and operational outcomes to guide decision making. The role includes leading and mentoring lower-level team members and promoting continuous learning. Prior experience in academic and research environments is strongly preferred to support analytical rigor and familiarity with research methodologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in academic and research environments preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with research methodologies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate findings clearly.
