We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to help oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — while contributing to some of the most advanced AI development happening in the life sciences space today.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex, multi-stakeholder studies running smoothly.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on time
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of study operations
- Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your clinical research expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems built for healthcare and life sciences contexts
- Experienced in clinical trial project management — you know how to keep budgets controlled and timelines intact
- Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners
- Skilled at coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or compliance
- A natural problem-solver who can anticipate operational challenges before they become critical issues
- Clear, confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across a complex research ecosystem
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health technologies
- Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
- Work at the intersection of clinical research and cutting-edge AI development alongside leading research labs
