We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. In this role, you will help create and serve more than 40 fresh baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins, all made with honest, whole ingredients.

• Follow recipes and pay close attention to detail to produce high‑quality pastries and baked goods.
• Lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing 50 lbs. or more and stand, lift, and mix as needed during daily operations.
• Maintain a positive, flexible attitude while managing change and keeping a close eye on what is cooking.
• Start early each shift (before sunrise) as all pastry‑chef shifts begin at early morning.

• 1+ years of large‑scale baking/pastry experience; experience decorating pastries is preferred, not required.
• Strong attention to local, state, and federal food‑handler and sanitation regulations.
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus, but not required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• MORNING/DAYTIME availability required.
• Part‑time position available.
