Shift Leader – San Antonio, TX (Roadrunner)

We are opening our newest Insomnia Cookies store in San Antonio, TX this Spring and we are seeking Shift Leaders to join our opening team! At the San Antonio, TX (Roadrunner) store located at 6010 UTSA Boulevard, building 1, San Antonio, TX 78249, you will be the captain of our bakery day or night. You are responsible for owning the night and beyond, predicting the flow of business, building orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do:

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills /

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service focused role
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor
• Detail focused and results‑oriented
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
