• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production plans, making necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedule; manage onboarding of new team members.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts (open, close, weekends, holidays).
