Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals.
Pay and Independent Franchise InformationPay rate is $14 and up for certified Shift Managers. This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment‑related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s Corporation will not receive a copy of any application and has no control over hiring decisions.
